Executive Director – Non-Profit

A Pittsburgh based non-profit organization was looking to hire an Executive Director to lead their team.
This was a dynamic organization that was poised for growth. They had a committed and engaged staff and a 14 member Board of Directors. The newly hired Executive Director was charged with achieving excellent outcomes in all aspects of the organization. The Executive Director will empower the staff, engage the board of directors, manage the organization, cultivate and steward donors, and implement a sustainable and ambitious vision for success.
We worked closely with the new President and the Selection Committee in every step of the process that led to a successful hire.
